include your target weights.
It's far easier to deal with weight loss at 3lbs a week than 2 stones in 2 months. Just write your calendar like
this: 7th January = 160lbs - 14th January = 157lbs - 21st January = 154lbs - 28th January = 151lbs.

A good weight loss program will offer a healthy way of dieting.
Make sure the plan is easy to understand and follow, it should detail what you
can eat and can't eat, and if they include some recommended exercises, make sure you do them.
