Do remember, towards the end of your diet, as you get closer to your ideal weight, the amount of weight you lose
will slow down, this is perfectly normal.

Find a friend who also wants to lose weight and you can motivate each other to reach your goals.
Weight loss can be a slow process, with some days where you can easily pack up. These are the days where your
